2. Digital Products (Software Downloads)

2.1 No Refunds Policy

All sales of digital software products are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the software has been delivered (via download link or license key), we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. This policy applies to all commercial software products sold through our website.

2.2 Rationale

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once software is downloaded or a license key is issued, we have no way to verify that the product has been deleted or is no longer in use. This no-refund policy is standard in the software industry for digital downloads.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for subscription cancellations. You will continue to have access to the service until your current billing period ends, after which your access will be terminated.

3.3 Renewal Charges

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service. Charges for renewed periods are non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve them through our support channels, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, or alternative solution. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We will review your account and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

5.3 Fraudulent Transactions
